Let me translate the blatant racist’s comment of seeing a bright future under the Orange Fuhrer. Yeah, he sees at least 100 Uyghur-style camps full of Latinos (both citizens and non-citizens) and Muslims followed quickly by the entire LGBTQ+ community along with the public executions of most of the hosts of MSNBC and CNN shows. A Southern Border with machine guns nests mowing down hapless asylum seekers. A full-blown Gestapo where you get paid to turn in your neighbors for not being Trumpy enough. Where women have 0 rights. Yeah, you can take your wet dream and shove it!

The only stakes that have been driven in are EJC (two stakes, the second one fairly massive) and NY civil (nearly a tree) – but civil fines take a while to collect, and that work has just begun.

The rest of the stakes are ready – the first hammer to swing in a criminal trial appears to be NY on state charges. We will see how hard that stake bites in – multiple felony convictions are likely – but sentencing will be delayed for some time. The rest of the criminal trials will take up much of the rest of the year being tried. That’s a lot of hammering yet to come.

Will Trump still be standing and smilng at the end? I think not.
