They don’t mind that he inspired an attempt to overthrow your valid election with violence. The only falsehood here is Kelley’s idea that Biden’s capabilities are diminished. The one whose capabilities are not only diminished but un-American are those of “he who must not be named” whom Kelley worships.

So for Harris no falsehoods needed: She’s over the age of 35; she is a natural born citizen; she’s been a resident of the country for over 14 years; and, most importantly, unlike ‘he who must not be named’, she is not an insurrectionist, and she has served the country honorably at the local, state and national levels. She is well qualified and suited for the job should the need arise.
