Don’t we have protections from “false witness” and “false claims”… can’t those repugs be held accountable for falsely accusing their targeted victims?

Isn’t that why there has to be reasonable evidence to charge someone?

The GQP needs to have a issue that scares the base. Impeaching the head of the agency responsible for border security will help insure broken border security so they can blame Joe Biden for broken border security.

In the last two years of the Trump administration, 52% of migrants apprehended at the southern border were released, not detained…. Nearly a million people. Immigrants were more likely to be released into the country during Trump’s term than during Biden’s.
