I haven’t seen any after-Christmas sales this year. They haven’t even lowered the prices back to what they were last November.

Just yesterday I saw an ad in my Facebook feed for some sort of useless gadget being advertised: “Early Black Friday Sale!” Scammers can be so clueless sometimes.

You haven’t priced meat this month.

Before Christmas I searched out a small thing as a spare to go with coffee maker but thought $13 was too high. Then it started showing up as ‘out of stock.’ But they must have found some in the closet. Now the price is $29. Talk about ridiculous. [Also tells me, if they think people will buy it at the new price, that piece doesn’t last long]

Why not? As long as we’re at it, make it “June in January.”

We actually had in-laws who did that decades ago. Got all the Christmas stuffs at half price and trees were next to nothing.
