It’s funny, when the Establishment RINO’s DEMAND power, they hold 15 (FIFTEEN!) votes until they get their way. Then they renege on the deals they made and fail to lead for America – only exercizing power to shut down plans to actually control spending and shrink governmet!

I’m certain trump is quite that one of his main “hit” man won’t be in place for the 2024 claim of a stolen election. (I still cannot wrap my head around the fact that senators and representatives believe their elections were above board… only the presidency was “stolen”. These clowns couldn’t organize a two car parade, and yet Republicans vote them into positions of responsibility.

Last I heard, Jordan will make another go of putting himself for the Speaker (even though some who initially voted for him won’t) and that others would vote to make Minority Leader Jefferies Coalition Speaker (which would be better than Jordan IMOHO). But the longer this drags on, and aid to Ukraine and Gaza continue to float in limbo (not to mention the threat of shutdown in mid-November), the GOP continues to shoot themselves in the foot. Even conservative columnist Michael Reagan has stated that the Democrats are hanging together (from the leftist “Squad” like AOC to the few remaining “Blue Dogs” like Sen. Manchin (WV)). While the GOP look more than ever like “The Gang That Can’t Shoot Straight” (apologies to Jimmy Breslin). This will be, hopefully, good news for the Democrats as they hope to win back the House and widen their hold on the Senate in 2024. Vote blue no matter who!

There are Republicans of consciousness still in the House. Yes, we all thought they were extinct in the face of election-denying, Trump-worshiping magas. However, over 25 Republican House members found the backbone to say NO to Jim-gym-shorts-Jordan. They will not elevate the election-denying, 16-years without a Bill being passed, idiot to the Speaker’s position.

An added bonus is the country is seeing exactly how bad the Republican majority is at governing. Democrats, even on their worst day, outshine these current House members. The good news is Democrats will flip the House in 2024 now that the country has witnessed this fiasco.

It’s a shame he wasn’t electrocuted.

I am not worried about divided government. The Founding Fathers wanted it this way, what I am worried about is the timing. With Ukraine, with Israel, Iran, N. Korea and China. Illegal immigration and a whole host of others.
