I was amazed to learn that the reason bunny chow looks just like bunny poop is because in nature rabbits eat their feces in order to extract maximum food value from nutritionally-poor grass and leaves. I’ve never looked at the Easter Bunny the same way since.

We are in semi-rural spot and rabbits hang around. My dog has sampled the “wild chocolate raisins”. I discourage her. Vet seemed not too worried.
