The Repubs have weaponized Menendez’s situation. It is in their best interests for him to stay in office to divert attention from Santos and Traitor45.

This shows more than anything the real difference between the two major parties. The Repubs, for all their claims of morality, are the least moral of all time. The Dems are so moral they commit ritual suicide at the first indictment. We don’t even wait for the evidence to be presented in court.
