Yes! Because it’s much better to let him beat innocent women and children at his leisure. See you in church.

Hate living in the if world, but we know the answer: I would love to see how much support a black marine would get if he crushed a white man’s windpipe for being loud on a New York subway? We all know the answer to that.

It’s too bad no one else on the Subway could do more to make him stop. As, has been pointed out, the subway must have made several stops in the time the victim was held in a death hold. At the first stop the Marine could have either gotten off himself if he was feeling threatened by the victim, or pushed the victim off of the train, alive. One thing is certain, there was no way a big Marine like that could have actually been afraid of a little guy like the victim. If he was, he really needs to turn in his tough guy Marine card, what a coward.

It makes for interesting reality crime show viewing. In a couple of years “48 Hours” will feet down to the bottom of the Subway Choking Incident and draw the wrong conclusion you have. It was all Trump’s fault.

If you have ever ridden on any subway and someone did not look at you funny or act weird, you were smoking some good stuff and not paying attention to your surroundings. There is a big difference between restraining someone for the police and killing them. It is a matter for the police to sort out and report to the DA so the DA can determine what happened and if charges are appropriate,

Now, the only question is: hot to get Trump into a subway? ….I can’t believe I said that.

Sorry, the guy is dead but they were trapped in a subway car, he was talking about hurting people. Then that nut of a prosecutor Alvin Bragg called Jordan Neely death a murder. The pictures show that the men who were helping Penny were black but only Penny is charged. Think!

The right defense lawyer will bring in a Not Guilty. If you have ever been around a nut job when they go off the whole scene can be quite tense and generate a lot of fear. It can create irrational behavior especially if there is no escape as the threats continue l

I have two brothers who spent time in USMC. I can easily have seen them in their youth doing the same thing because of a mindset and minimal training re the use of deadly force.

Another defense will be the number of people killed and maimed by the nut jobs. A recent one in the NYC subway is a mid-30’s female artist type who waited near the edge as her train came into the stop. While it was still moving a homeless crazy grabbed her head from behind and pushed it into the train. She has been in ICU and is partially paralyzed with a broken neck and other injuries.

The nut job escaped but they had enough to track him down and arrest. As we can assume, he will be found unfit for trial and spend a few years in a hospital.

“Fatally choking a mentally disturbed person in the subway is justified”

A cartoon suggesting that the sign holder should just be ified?
