Gun violence advocates love these kinds of events. It makes people afraid and they buy more guns.

Too bad we did not enforce immigration laws. After deporting the TX shooter 5 times, he shoots and kills women and children. That’s a 4 time felon released to continue to commit crime.

But yeah. Blame the gun. Don’t even think about how a 4 time illegal alien felon got the gun.

Ted Cruz calls this “American Exceptionalism.”

It’s past time to start publishing the gruesome pictures of what gun violence has done to our youth. Wake up America!

Some people are proud of that. (shudder)

I see those signs all over, along with “Trespassers will be shot. Survivors will be shot again.”

Neighbors were quoted as saying that gunfire is common in that neighborhood. The men get drunk and then shoot rifles.

Yee-haw.

Yep, they bought those guns to defend their families.

And let’s be fair: asking someone to stop shooting so a fussy baby can fall asleep is just SO unreasonable.

Well, this is a Christian nation, after all. Just ask Lauren Boebert.

And just like when the trans kid shot up his former school, the gun-rights people forget about the dozens of school shooters who are not trans. Just in the last week or so, two cheerleaders were shot because they opened the door of the wrong car. A man was shot twice (and lived) through the front door of a house that he mistakenly thought was the correct one. Another child was shot because a ball rolled into someone’s yard. Were the shooters trans? Were the shooters here illegally?

Don’t make this something it isn’t.

Guns don’t kill people. Bullets kill people. People use guns in order to shoot bullets. Take any one of those three things away, and no one gets shot.

The Republicans and the NRA created a national experiment: can the American populace be made more safe with more guns and less regulation? I’d say there has been a resounding answer. But don’t wake up, that’s being woke. Go to sleep, everything is fine, nothing to see here.

There is a home near me that has a large sign posted saying: “if you want to know how I feel about gun control – BREAK INTO MY HOUSE”. And a ranch-sort of place with a sign that says: “Peaceful visitors welcome. Trespassers will be prosecuted. Aggressors will be KILLED”.

I am idly curious how much the metal in the “Statue of Liberty” would bring on the scrap-metals market? surely we could get SOMETHING for it since we no longer have any use for it, ourselves…
