Presidential budgets are merely a wish list and are basically meaningless, especially when the opposing party controls the house. But it is a reflection on priorities, and Biden’s are tax, tax, and then tax some more.

The part about reducing the debt is laughable. Both parties say they will do this and never do.

Democrats support tax increases for people living in luxury.

Republicans support tax increases for people living in poverty.

Let’s think of a better name for the policies than Inflation Reduction Act. IRA is not a catchy acronym. How about Whip Inflation Now (WIN)? A fantasy in 1974, and a fantasy now.

It is just terrible to consider taxing the richest Americans.

The way that the changes that Biden has made so far as been driving down the deficit, all I can say is bring on more Biden.

Has Biden paid his fair share running $13,000,000 from speaking tours and book sales through an S Corporation? Its estimated he saved $500,000 in taxes by doing this.

Is that McCarthy stealing taxpayer money in the form of taking away benefits taxpayers paid into for their retirement benefit? Offering only tax cuts for the wealthiest with not actual written budget to present?

Not parsing the image. In any case, it would be nice if people who “have more” (in the words of FDR) coughed up more in taxes. (The only positive side of that is the truth that “avoiding taxes”, like any hobby, can be quite expensive.)
