That’s an interesting suggestion Sluggo has proposed – I can’t help imaging Sluggo replacing the banana with various other fruits as the moon waxes.

You know, there are two kinds of OJ strips: this kind, and the kind where a character monologues for three panels about something, then thinks or does the opposite in the fourth. Of the two, I like this kind.

I thought that the bedroom of the perpetually-poor and mostly-on-his-own Sluggo was interesting – no lamp, no curtains, clothes strewn all over.

The way Nancy is going IN on that banana, peel and all, suggests it may not be an actual banana. It may very well be an oversized Runts banana flavored candy, as Runts are shaped like their respective fruit flavors.

Olivia’s always clever, sometimes doubly, but this one just made me laugh out loud in my bed. That last panel is pure gold. Lol again.
