Since breakfast is a time at which one eats and not a type of food, every restaurant serves breakfast all day.

Breakfast food is always a good test for a first visit. If they use those frozen hockey pucks instead of in-house home fried potatoes, or if the eggs are burned on the edges, well you know to never come back. Waffle House is the standard for breakfast

The breakfasts served at most of those diners are ginormous.

My wife is a fan of “breakfast food” in a restaurant.

I think that the United States is an “odd man out” when it comes to breakfast. We eat foods that we do not normally eat at other times of the day. We seem to have special foods just for this time of day.

I’ve had fried rice for breakfast, Of course, that was in Japan. However, I’ve never had Kimchee for breakfast in Korea.

My normal breakfast is fruit and cheese.

we seem to have more restaurants open for breakfast and lunch now, hard to find new places for dinner. The breakfast and lunch places close by 3

Can’t understand why McDonalds stopped serving it all day. (I understand a temporary halt during labor shortages and covid but they never brought it back). I bought their stock right after they announced they were adding it all day and it went up for several months. I rarely go to Micky D’s anymore now that they don’t offer it later in the day.

We often have breakfast for dinner when we’re tired of the same old same old…come supper time.

Years ago, I lived around the corner from a 24 hour restaurant. The “served all day” breakfast could be as simple as toast and coffee, up to a build-your-own a la carte platter. Whenever I was hungry, but didn’t feel like cooking, that was where you’d find me. I still like breakfast any time of the day.
