Fuzzy is back and this seems to be the strip that was supposed to be posted yesterday. If so, “late but not skipped”. Good! ♡

1) Bozo mistaken for a child! Outrageous…☺

2) Following the yellow seed road was no good for the poor chicken

3) Bozo knows how to make lemonade when life hands him lemons. ☺

1} I was too young to remember if men wore shorts off the court back then.

2} Don’t blame the bird for your leaky pail, Bozo!

3} There’s more than one way to skin a cat! (But maybe that’s a bad analogy in this case.)

A larger Fuzzy today. Very good.

1. She’s into the guy with the shorts with reet pleats (or crease). Sorry Bozo, you’re just looking more like a lad in short pants.

2. A bit like having your cake and eatin’ it too. Or, helping the C*ck Of The Walk home to roost… before you roast. (algorithm-icly censored, so it messes with the rhythm.)

3. Thinkin’ fast, but it won’t last. Bozann’s buckets at the ready. (There must be a direction that can be taken, but it’s just too early.)

1) Bozo’s just lucky no cops are around.

2) There’s a hole in my bucket, dear Liza, dear Liza, there’s a hole in my bucket, so I brought home a chicken dinner!

3) At least Bozo can cross “water the plants” off his list!

I’ve been hearing about Fuzzy and now , without specifically identifying him , Bozo’s ardent fans have pointed him out.

Hooray! The sub-titles are back!

And there is no beating FoXo the master storyteller who tells funny tales without saying a word!

Me notice that the drawing style in above three strips is somewhat different and appear to be from earlier decade, perhaps these was reprints of some 30’s BOZO in the 40’s is what me speculates. Me infer this looking at drawings styles as well as garment styles which looks like perhaps what you sees in the 30’s rather than 40s. And especially when compared to other 40s strips by FoXo, for example the ones you last saw here, things is certainly different. Not forget that FoXo started BOZO in tw the 1920s itself and only those syndicated 40s onwards is available here. Me thinks above three may be older BOZO strips which FoXo may have re-runs in 40s.

Nonetheless, an especially excellent epitome of pictures speaking thousand words, BOZO also the most pleasant picturesque pantomime where every panel is like a photograph of a three-dimensional cartoon world of realistic-looking depths and details. Such was his powerful perspective artwork which brought to life a lovely lively world of BOZO!

For those who come in late, these fabulous fun funnies was envisioned and executed so brilliantly by FoXo Reardon, who’s a rare combination of both sharp wits and artistic talents which is rarely seen together in the same cartoonist, a true master and professional cartoonist whose work quality speaks for itself and as you can see for yourself BOZO is pure gold coming from a golden era of cartooning! So no wonder that these wonderful wordless wonders still bring great joy and sheer cheer to many even today.

But despite being a great classic of great creative calibre, neither BOZO nor FoXo are much known or remembered these days.

Spread the word, friends, so that BOZO can spread more joy and cheer to many many more!

1) SHORTS MAKE THE MAN: After seeing a muscular man showing off to Bozann, Bozo goes home to make his own and strut around. A little girl thinks he is a boy and takes a shine to him! What is he to do?

2) THE CORN PIPER OF CHICKENS: Roaming around carrying chicken feed with a hole in his bucket finds a chicken following him and takes it home. Jiggity Jig!

3) A NOVEL WAY TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM: Leaking from the roof. Bozo to the rescue puts plants under them to catch the water. Bozann is surprised as is the handyman.
