The “geek” shall inherit the earth.

Give him a break. He’s got the weight of the world on his shoulders.

Won’t he ever learn. Can’t hold the world on your shoulders and talk on the phone at the same time.

The contractor that built that house sure knew how to build strong flooring.

At least he’s not a name dropper.

The heavens. Atlas held up the heavens, not the earth.

Though the distinction is kind of fuzzy, since he is just keeping the two separate.

How does he get away with saying that in this strip?

Years ago I had upstairs neighbours who seemed to have been running a bowling alley. Whatever they were rolling across the floor sounded just like a bowling ball.

It must be tough living in the underworld!

Atlas shrugged.
