The rocket runs on foreign fuel because he has crippled the production of our own causing a big drag on the economy. If it has been done for the environment, how does begging unfriendlies to sell us theirs make any sense. We have our last vehicle barring an accident and it uses gas. It gets good gas milage and after 8 years it has 27K miles.

We Republicans must get elected next cycle so we can destroy the economy again. And then blame Biden.

To bad the Backward ignorant repubs wont admit this and give a helping hand, instead of constantly criticizing everyone on everything the Dems do to move our country forward.

Since when is the economy during the Biden administration doing in any sense “well?” Aren’t we officially in recession as of a week or two ago?

I sincerely believe the powers behind Faux News are seeing just how far they can control a country. In the Bond movie, Tomorrow Never Dies, the villain was a megalomaniac that ran a media company very similar to Fox. For ratings, one of the villain’s goals was to incite a second U.S. civil war. Tomorrow Never Dies was fiction. What Fox is doing is far too real.

Regardless of Fox’s place in this cartoon, the economy is hardly going gangbusters. The data shows a different picture.

Credit card debt is up dramatically, personal savings is down, inflation is (while maybe down slightly) excessive, car repossession rates are increasing dramatically, those behind on car payments have doubled in 18 months, massive increases in people 6 months or more behind in mortgage payments. Jobs are not as prevalent, the feds just revised job numbers and they took a dramatic nosedive from the great numbers the White House were touting. Real salary growth is a negative now. Doesn’t seem to matter if my pay raise is 3% this year (it is) when the cost of food is up 30% or more. A whole lot of economists (they’re cousins to weathermen in their likelihood of getting predictions correct) are predicting a recession this year (even though we have already had 2 quarters of economic contraction.)

These are all economic indicators. And none of them are good. Many of these were just like what was staring us in the face in 2007-2008.

Now, much of this has little if anything to do with Biden – no President has that much power over the economy – but our economy is far from bustling. Regardless of which dimwit is in the big house on Pennsylvania Avenue.

CNN & MSNBC have convinced old WOKESTERS like Radish they will be shot by an AR-14 in the hallways of Shady Oaks retirement villas. They stand a bigger chance of dying from a Fentanyl poisoning given by Nurse Ratchet. Hand wringing over inflated stories come from both sides, a big exception like the murder by Cop is hated by all sides shows the truth can be told about the news of the day. Always with a slant of course.

The fact that RW media is allowed to LIE, LIE and LIE continuously tells the world that America is not to be trusted. The fact that its become the template for each and every RW party worldwide is disturbing as it’s becoming harder to separate truth from fiction with truth being shouted down everywhere. Murdoch has eclipsed Goebbels as the definition of lies as truth.

I always wonder if super-generalized references to “the economy” just mean specifically the Dow-Jones average, as if that tells the whole story, when it’s only looking at how much new money all the people with old money are making. I’d be more interested in knowing how many people were lifted out of poverty.
