    One of Australia’s proudest moments was when Starbucks tried to expand here and failed miserably. It turns out that a country with pretty universally good coffee (through a lot of Italian and Arabic immigration) finds it easier to put comfortable chairs in existing shops than it is for Starbucks to sell something drinkable.
