The pumpkin can’t really do anything right now, but possibly could get revenge if Lio does carve it up. It could turn into a ghost pumpkin and haunt him, or turn into a monster and chase him. It could wait until he’s asleep and roll up onto his bed and onto his pillow for him to awaken to see! (Yikes, now I’m scared to go to bed, and I don’t even have a pumpkin).
