At least it’s not in their hair… yet.

I dozed off once and, when I woke up, realized that I had fallen asleep chewing gum.

I was thinking glitter.

Kids being kids

People drop their chewing gum I parking lots. I invariably step in it. It’s as bad as anything trying to get it out of treads on athletic shoes.

I think chewing gum should be outlawed for children under 10. Not only does it get dropped or spit out in parking lots, it finds its way to the ground at little league, soccer, etc.

Biological weapons / chewing gum : same thing

A long time ago we had reusable protective clothing that the company had laundered. One idiot that I worked with would chew gum and spit it out into the protective clothing when undressing so he wouldn’t get caught with it. It didn’t come out in the wash and we had to be careful to avoid the clothing that he had worn.

Move to Singapore?

I haven’t had gum in decades. I prefer to swallow my sweets, not chew them until they go bland.

I quit gum and cannot stand bubble gum, over 50 years ago. Do not miss it.

In Singapore, chewing gum can get you jail time. They decided it wasn’t worth the hundreds of thousands of dollars it cost to remove used gum from public places.

Chewing gum is a biological weapon.
