Ralph get a paper bag. Put, Rex’s deposit in it and put it on, Steinbauer’s front porch and ring the doorbell. After you set the bag on fire of course.

You trained your dog deliberately to do that, Steinbauer! ;P

I think that someone is about to get punched.

Kick him in the shins, Ralph. With that hat pulled down over his eyes, he won’t see it, so by his own rules it didn’t happen.

Omg this is so annoying! I’ve lived out in the country most of my life and just moved into town this past year, despite living in a rather nice neighborhood the neighbors (or someone walking their dogs down the street) let their dogs poo in our yard all the time and don’t bother picking it up and they have to be aware of it because they are all on leashes! I actually saw 1 woman walk through my front yard and let her dog lift its leg on the side of my house! It stained the stucco and was a real pita to scrub off:-/ I admit to telling her off since I actually saw it happen. People have really gotten beyond rude!

My oldest brother is a Steinbauer. Doesn’t even carry a bag when he takes his dog for a walk through his small town. Absolutely no respect for his neighbours.

What’s worse is they do it despite leash laws. The law doesn’t just say the dog must be on a leash. but you must also have control which includes not trespassing.

Clean up after your Dog!!!

Steinbauer’s comment in the 3rd panel seems to be the attitude of a lot of people out there!

Don’t worry he won’t bite…don’t worry he won’t jump on you…don’t worry it works like fertilizer.

Grab a handful and slap him up beside the head with it. Tell him he didn’t see it so it must not have happened. There are ways to cure idiots…….some idiots that is.

I say return it to it’s rightful owner.

God this toon rings a bell for cleaning up after my two dogs.
