I knew immediately Poncho was talking about the stroller since he is pretty lazy. What’s interesting is, I’m been seeing a lot of people with their dog strollers. A couple may be because the walker needs support & the stroller is less obvious than a cane or walker, but it also maybe the owner wants more steps than the dog, and putting it in a stroller is easier than carrying it.
They came & planted my bushes this morning. I’m glad because they removed the old ones in November as the soil needed to be treated to kill some weeds etc. I missed having something in front of the house. They look really nice. Still got my steps in just walking around the neighborhood. Hope your plants come out as nicely.
It’s funny, I usually have 2 classes t the gym, but today I’m having bushes planted in front of my house & need to be here. However I will be walking around the neighbor hood & will be getting my 15,000 steps.
There’s a commercial for some dog protection pill that has a dog running an l course. The last thing is a giant worm that sort of looks like that if his head was cut off,
My Medicare Advantage plan pays for my membership. I mostly go for the classes. They are fun & enjoyable & I’ve made a lot of friends- a lot are just members I’ve started talking to. I really can’t do the cardio anymore as ll the new equipment takes away most of the control. You enter your age & weight & it decides what level you get to use- no longer fun. I did use a trainer for awhile, but he left & now the rates are too high.
Luckily, I didn’t have to herd cats. Just walk one. I have an outside cat who loved Screamin" ( his full name was Screamin" and Cryin") because when we first “met” him he was outside our door screaming and crying. Are cat (Midnight) was on the screened in porch, and the blinds were closed, when we dashed out Midnight was just sitting on one of the chairs calmly, but the little cat was outside screaming his lungs out. That was the year Central Florida had 3 bad hurricanes in a row and we took him in & decided to keep the name we had been calling him. Anyway, Blynkyn loved Screamin’ but disliked me, She still does. I have been feeding her since she was born & sitll feed her & put out a blanket for her in the winter as well as a self heating pet pad, she won’t come near me. She had a nephew who loved me, but wasn’t to friendly with Screamin". When we were out. She & Screamin’ would be together at the very end of his leash while Q-Tip (he was black with a small white patch at he end of his tail) was climbing up my leg. It was interesting. Unfortunately Q-Tip passed away in 2021.
I had a cat (he’s now deceased- see my avatar) who loved going out for walks on a leash. He liked to go out, but was scared of everything. When I got the harness, he waited patiently while I figured it out & came over when I picked it up. I enjoyed it as much as he did, as he often would just lay down, and I got to watch nature. I also would practice my balance or yoga poses.
