Having all the ‘democrats’ in the same boat and agreeing to let it float in the same direction could only be imagined by someone with too little experience of working with actual Democrats :)
No one knew the Queen like I did, and she was very pleased to meet me. She told me that she knew of no greater president during her lifetime of meeting many of them, including the losers. And no one knew royalty like I do, and the Queen said to me “SIR, how do you know so much about royalty” and I said that I had an uncle who was royalty so I really get it. I should have been King. I was already the Prince of Peace, more than anyone else ever. And many people are saying she knew Russia Russia Russia was a hoax, and wished Sleepy Joe Biden, who is very bad for our country, did not steal the election through very bad, very wrong actions, more wrong than any one has ever seen before.
And now I know many things, many strong things, that I could say, but the raid by the illegal FBI, so bad, so bad for our country, took those things that could have protected the Queen, and the illegal Department of Justice should be investigated now for her passing. So bad.
After both those boats go over the falls, I’d like to see a third boat in which both Republicans and Democrats are carrying signs that express a moderate theme, with “compromise,” “civility,” and “unity” thrown in also.
How many Americans would have to die or be virtually enslaved in jobs with less than living wages for this “platform” to work? Why do you people who support today’s GOP, Trump, and Trump wannabes think that you will come out winners under this regime?
My problem with this comic is that, while the GOP boat accurately reflects Republican leadership statements and policy, the Democratic boat does not reflect Democratic statements or policy in the least.
That’s why we need more choice, about 5 to 7, so that as a party implodes upon itself with stupidity and extremism the voters can easily slide to the right or left to align with a party that is making sense.
Still waiting for which Democrats actually ran on defunding police, with the exception of Charles Booker, who lost to big loser Amy McGrath in the primary, after running no real campaign and getting into the race so late that some people who wanted to vote for him had already cast their ballots for McGrath and could not change them.
While I love most of Wuerker’s cartoons, this one is ridiculous. While many Democrats do support the idea of respecting individual choice regarding what pronouns to use and will often do others the courtesy of indicating their own pronoun preferences, no prominent Democrats are making that issue a major part of their campaigns or trying to force others to “mind [their] pronouns”. Likewise, while many Democrats support redirecting some of the bloated budgets of police forces to other measures to improve public safety (a step I support as well), very few Democrats are running on an explicit “defund the police” platform. And the “wokey wokey” bit is just adopting right wing labeling of Democrats (the term “woke” nowadays is used almost exclusively by the right). There is no reasonable comparison to be made with the anti-democratic extremism of the Republicans.

I couldn’t agree more. Each party goes out of their way to create self-inflicted wounds to alienate voters.

Breaking – Queen Has Died:
Statement from President Donald J. Trump:
No one knew the Queen like I did, and she was very pleased to meet me. She told me that she knew of no greater president during her lifetime of meeting many of them, including the losers. And no one knew royalty like I do, and the Queen said to me “SIR, how do you know so much about royalty” and I said that I had an uncle who was royalty so I really get it. I should have been King. Signed, President Donald J. Trump

Don’t know if there is such a thing but this is (or should be) a Comic of the Year candidate. On the money.
