Slow progress

With friends like these, who needs enemies?

My mother used to be 5 Foot One in her nineties she was 4 Foot Eight.

People shrink because their bones fuse together as they age.

So far, that hasn’t happened to Broomie.

That clapping is definitely a good insult.

Clapping that she’s going to disappear entirely or for her “acting”?

I’m in my seventies and I’m two inches shorter that I used to be. It seems that the two inches settled at my waist.

Poor Broomy! And here, she thought they were her true friends!

If she would stop sitting on cacti, she might not keep deflating.

If it took her 1500 years to shrink 3 feet, then they will all be dead and buried and dust long before she disappears – so the laughs are on them. She will outlive us all.
