“No longer admit Black people” is likely to become the law of the land. Our reactionary, right-wing Supreme Court is once again likely to overturn precedent when they rule on two affirmative action cases later this year.

I don’t remember that particular bit of collegiate history, but I’m interested to see where this goes.

Considering Berkeley has been the permanent target of right-wingers as a school that “breeds radicals”,I find it hard to believe they’d have this sort of problem.

Fast forward to now, when they no longer admit Asians, as far as they can get away with it.
