A high school I went to was on a hill that I was pretty sure I could see my house from. Except, I couldn’t pick my own out of the crowd.

You had me at “video games”, Phoebe!

Video games can become addictive, watch it Phoebe!

Her dad used to make her play video games, so I would have thought she would have gotten tired of it. Then again, my grandmother said ice cream is good for you because it has calcium, so I wasn’t going to argue.

What we’ve got here…is failure to communicate.

Ahh the simple pleasures of childhood — lost on a 2010s kid who’s sole purpose in life is to waste it with video games!

I remember sitting on the roof of my house in the late sixties (it was on a hill) and watching DC burn and knowing my father was down in it (he was a soldier stationed down there). Sitting on the roof kind of lost its charm after that.
