Reminds me of a name…maybe from MAD magazine (do you wonder how many followers of FA were also once MAD readers?) I can remember one (of many) that I laughed so hard I practically…oh well, it was about the “real” Old West) when old John Smyrd smelled like his horse, and the horse smelled like old John Smyrd. He carried his pistol behind his belt buckle. (I know my try at repeating it wasn’t accurate, but there was still some humor left in it.)
Looking at the scribbled-out pictures reminded me of my mom showing me a book from a harp company showing a harp on each page. I had scribbled on each picture (almost exactly like the scribbles in the cartoon) as a young toddler. She and I both agreed that probably what happened was that I LIKED the pictures and reacted to them in the only way a young toddler could.

Get out of that kitchen and rattle those pots and pans!
Don’t let grass grow under those feet!
Light my fire, light my fire!
Show the world who you REALLY are!

… some say that you should live every day of your life like it is your last day on earth…
…but…
…if the world was ending tomorrow…
…I wouldn’t be climbing Mt. Everett…
…I wouldn’t be caught jumping out of plane…
…or running the marathon…
…on my last day…
…I would be sitting in my lawn chair with my feet up…
…drinking my beverage of choice…
…being with the ones I love while commenting to y’all here on the Frog…
…that’s what I’m doi ng right now…
…maybe half lived…
…but I’m cool with that…
…here’s to the other half, yo!…

Hopefully, a life half-lived does not equate to a life half-dressed.

If someone throws their lunch against the wall when angry, don’t give them the nuclear codes.

Yeah, yeah. I’ve lived half a life over my many years, and you don’t hear me complaining about it. (Well, you do now.)
C’mon, scribble all over my face! Might be fun!
