Bored is not a time-thing for her. It’s way of life. She will always be bored because she does not want to work for the things that will entertain her. She just WANTS… NOW.
I often say many of the issues we struggle over are the result of affluence and success. If we were struggling to survive, we would be concerned about half the things we rally over.
Anytime I even looked bored, my Dad would immediately find something for me to do. Of course, one of his Air Force specializations was “First Sargeant”, so he’d had a lot of practice. :)

Since it is the future, can’t you just leave her there?
Well I guess that would eliminate many future comic strips.

Do they play “Quintet”?

“They” have calculated that a small nuclear war would tip the climate over into a nuclear winter. (Seems like overkill)

But we can change that future. Keep pumping oil; and maybe buy a boat.

The future ice age looks just like the old one. I expect great ice skates and better clothes by then

“Grubs Hub” is good! (Has Wiley been scheming for months over how to work that into a strip?)

Is it strange that the first advertisement I saw on the next comics page was an ad for GrubHub? Asking for all of us actually.
