Gary, do not give into his demand for a 401K. If you do he will retire some day and you can’t afford that.
So, this implies that Leopold has been Gary’s henchman for a long time (perhaps longer than the mutant has been alive, given his ’50s advertising parents).
Leopold may not value his job, but he does value his pay (and beer/liquor allowance)….
