Don’t you just hate waking up for nothing?

Well the excitement just turned into disappointment

Oh, where had you been, Jon, during the boys’ naps? Sounds like certainly not the grocery store or a restaurant.

Well, you’ve got them trained to expect treats when you return. Now what?

No foods? Why you miserable miser!

At least they still came.

I love the art today. The first panels remind me of the real Jim Davis days! (sigh…)

Love is a many splendent bag of treats……

He’d love one of my cats. They want the cuddles instead of the food… most of the time.

Hey Jon you brought no treats so who’s really being non-faithful?

faithful for a PRICE. it’s how a lot of people do, even more in politics.

I always cave and give them treats – why spoil the magic of my disillusion?

Since people have been asking where Jon has been to not get any treats, maybe he was just out for a walk or probably out visiting with Liz.

Like spoiled kids expecting gifts from daddy whenever he comes home from work.

That’s about the size of it.

Their smiles are creepy.

I’m not surprised Garfield bailed, if anything I am surprised he ran to the door. But Odie strikes me as the type to be glad to see you, treats or no treats.

Garfield and Odie are spoiled.

They only greet you to see if you got treats. Nice try, Arbuckle.

First of all, bad Jon! But on the other hand, bad Odie – you are a dog and are supposed to be happy to see him no matter what! And Garfield – as you were.

Perhaps they went back to their naps???
