He’s not responsible for it. Since signs of it were occurring before he became POTUS, that should be obvious to a normal person. American citizens created the problem. Corporations are having record profits. This is Capitalism in its purest form. If Biden DID do anything, Gorrell would be the first to complain.

Inflation is world wide right now. Joe can’t control the whole world. Our economy is strong and better than Europe’s right now.

Transitory does not mean it disappears over night. Or even month to month. Every analysis I’ve read indicated it would slow by the end of the year. That would be “transitory”. If it’s this high (and by historic standards it’s not very high) a year from now, then, maybe a case could be made.

Covid IS one of the factors that has caused this round of inflation. To deny that simple truth is disingenuous.

So, no, ONE person is not to blame for inflation. As many said above there are many factors and let’s not forget our collective, insatiable demand for things. Because we all have to have the newest and latest doodad. And we want it NOW.

I have a far right friend who constantly complains about this. He also brags about how much he has made on cryptocurrencies. Yet, he sees no connection.

Well you can’t blame inflation on Biden. It is happening world-wide, not just in America, and it started before he came into power.

It is an international economy right now, a president has little impact… even though we love to blame them when is bad, and they love to take credit when it is good.

All he can really do is put some measures in place to do damage control.
