It’s the fate of every generation to turn into their parents…

As a pastor, I would counsel young people: to the guy, imagine your dad marrying her mother… and to the girl, Imagine your mom marrying his dad.

Those commercials insult both the old and the young. I hate them. You’re an idiot if you think those commercials are about you.

I don’t want to brag…but I am 62 and don’t do any of those things on the commercial….I am a coder for AT&T, a certified welder & have built my own house…..It’s an effort thing…not an age thing

You’re a plugger if you don’t see why half the things the commercials are saying not to do are wrong.

I like the commercial when the guy makes a heavy sigh when sitting down, I do that all the time sit down, get up, get to the top of the stairs, in and out of a car. And I always say my father taught me that noise

A Plugger guy uses his speakerphone so the store background noise obscures what he is being told to additional get, let’s him get what he wants, and provides the excuse for not getting what he was supposed to get.

When I was young, my mother would always tell me to turn on a light when I was reading. I used to say “If I couldn’t see, I would turn a light on.” One time I said that to one of my kids, and then said “You know what? Forget I said that. You’re smart enough to turn on a light if you can’t see!”

You’re a Plugger if you use the ‘phone’ part of your phone.

I’ve recently realized that some people may use speakerphones because cell phones don’t work well with hearing aids.

The only people I ever see using a speaker phone in the store are young people. And they have to shout into the phone. And the language…. I have the mouth of the proverbial sailor, but even I know there’s a time and place…
