Excellent Point, Mr. Varvel. The Biden Administration has violated any number of Federal Immigration Laws, many feloniously. I look forward to April of 2023 when Impeachment Proceedings are brought against Mr. Biden & Ms. Harris for High Crimes and Misdemeanors under the Constitution. I am also looking for Federal Felony charges being brought against the Deep State Minions. As to the subject at hand, it is a Felony in Alabama to knowingly hire an Illegal Alien. Thus, there are few here. They are not being settled here either.

If you do not like a law, then encourage your representatives to change it. But we must be a Nation of Laws and not of Feelz.
