I can see that as she takes him out of his walker to put him on a changing table that he’ll come apart in her hands….oh the humanity!

The consensus seems to be that Romero zombies don’t actually process flesh they consume, since they’re, you know…dead. No metabolism. They’re driven by the instinct to eat, not by actual hunger — all of which means that if he’s got a poopy diaper, it’s been poopy for a long, long time.

So maybe that is what he’s always agitated about…which is probably a job for a hazmat team.

A zombie baby’s diaper filled with processed human being meat? Quite possibly the most disgusting thing I’ve ever seen in a comic. If I was wearing a hat, I would tip it.

I do wonder if such creatures eliminate any waste products.

Maybe when the zombie baby’s diaper looks full (and stinky), he’ll have a poopy diaper.
