Life is like toilet tissue. The closer you get to the end the faster it goes.

Life does not go faster as you get older. Your just more aware of what’s left of it.

I noticed that time doesn’t get slower as I get older but actually gets faster. When I was 6 years old it seemed like an eternity until Christmas, or my 7th birthday came around. Now that I’m 60 Christmas and my 61st birthday comes around again as if just 2 months have passed! What! It’s Christmas time again! I haven’t even finished paying the credit card bills from last Christmas!

A friend once explained it tp me. When you are 1 year old, it’s half you life. At 2 it’s 1/3 etc. By the time you hit 50, 60 etc. it’s such a small fraction, it just seems to go faster.

Use to be that time went by quickly when I was having fun. Now, I don’t have to be having fun anymore. It slips into the future faster and faster, regardless. Good grief! How’d I get this old so soon?

Very true. So make the most of today.

There is a mathematical equation that proves time moves faster as you get older, I cant remember where I put it….

And having to pee all the time…

Actually, it seems to accelerate!

I keep busy at work so time flys when you are having fun.

Ugh! Don’t remind me, Ziggy.

Now that I’m in my 70s, time does seem to just whiz by. And for some reason, during the last 2 years, it seems to be flying by even faster than it did before.
