On last nights Jeopardy the question, “What breed is called The Shaggy Dog?” was left unanswered.

That got applied surprizingly evenly. Don’t say anything and people will think it’s intentional. They may even try to copy it.

Lesson learned. Never paint your nails when you should be outside playing with the dog. …right?

Farley is an Old English Sheepdog (I thought) and they do not shed, despite all their hair. But when you brush them, which you must do, you get bags of hair.

King of the shedders strikes again!!

She reminds me of the episodes of TBBT when Penny and Wil Wheaton are " starring" in the movie where she turns into a gorilla.

Elly is so fussy about the house and all, you wouldn’t think she’d want a dog like that one.

Life in a nutshell! Just about the time we get our act together, something happens to set us back to square one…. or rather minus one.

Put another way, I finally got it all together but forgot where I put it.

John Lennon summed it up concisely:

“Life is what happens while we are busy making other plans”.

We have three Lab/Newfie mixes. The breeding, now fixed, pair, and the runt of their first, and last, litter. They love their people and they love the water. They love them both so much that they will walk 100 or more meters out of the water to shake off and share the experience with their people. Not a bad thing in August, but not the best thing in November. In British Columbia.

I get my cat’s fur sometimes. :/

My daughter’s dog sheds to such a degree that it will fill a Shark vacuum if it goes for five days without a vacuuming.

Never paint your nails around dogs. Lol, look at the hairy nails!
