Considering that Baldwin was handling a prop on a movie set, I think the original assertion still stands.

After all, since that happened, Alec has not reprised his role of Trump on SNL. Something that Trump has been whining, complaining and trying to find a way to stop him from doing it. Perhaps, one of his disciples did just that?

And here we go, liberals commenting on matters of which they are abysmally ignorant and maliciously genning up ridiculous conspiracy theories. Baldwin’s comments regarding the fatal shooting is also ridiculous and totally unbelievable. A single action revolver of the type Baldwin was using cannot go off in the manner he described. The hammer has several different positions from which the hammer can’t move forward unless the trigger is pulled. The gun would either have to have been badly damaged or intentionally modified to have worked as he described. If such was the case it’s another point of negligence as such an inherently dangerous weapon should never have been allowed on set. Not absolutely impossible to have happened but of such a low order of probability as to nearly being so. In any case, the police have the weapon as evidence and from their description it was in good working order.
