Look at Georgia’s 4th. When they FINALLY dumped Cynthia “Punch a Capitol Cop” McKinney, they replaced her with Hank “Island Tipper” Johnson. And he’s still there. When Hank eventually does something bad that his constituents blanch, they’ll just send ANOTHER idiot.
