The difference is the intention. One of them is a grifter whose only plan was to enrich and enjoy himself. The other one actually honors his oath of office and is working to make the nation and the world better.
Yep, Trump promised to “Make America Great Again” (like return to the Jim Crow era his worshippers long for), but instead crashed our markets, lost twenty million jobs, closed hundreds of thousands of small business and killed more than half a million Americans on his watch because of his pathetic ignorance. Oh, and then he lost an election by more than SEVEN MILLION VOTES so tried to destroy our election system and overthrow the government. Trump’s only achievement was to foment hatred and death, spark violence and REDISTRIBUTE middle class wealth from the working people who produce it to the few richest elites at the top who already had the most.
Trump promised “infrastructure week” just about every single week of his presidency but, in four years, never passed a single infrastructure bill.
Biden enacted a major BIPARTISAN infrastructure bill in his first ten months, the most massive since Eisenhower enacted the interstate highway system, with another even bigger one on the horizon that will provide the social support infrastructure for more women and caregivers to return to work.
Biden has presided over the fastest rate of job growth and the fastest rate of growth in the capital and investment markets than any other president.
Trump took the shrinking deficits Obama handed over to him and exploded it into record deficits, adding more than seven trillion to the national debt.
Biden is on pace for his first year to reduce Trump’s deficit by more than $360 billion. (No Republican in the last 60 years, not since Eisenhower, has ever reduced an annual budget deficit from one year to the next. Three Democrats [LBJ, Clinton and Obama] have done it and Biden is on pace in his first year. LBJ and Clinton got all the way to surplus.)
The extreme right has taken over the “Republican” party, turning the wealthy folks living in the isolated/gated community from being the villains who exploit the wage earners to being the public’s pals [to be praised, not envied] … teaming up with the wage earners, to blame automation, immigration, globalization, education, minorities, non-christians, etc for robbing the “entitled” class of their god-given-rights to privileges, that the “others” are simply not entitled to. The “America” that the extreme right envisions is very different than what freedom-loving, equality-loving, loyal patriotic reality-based Americans see.
^^MontanaBill thinks that not having a healthcare plan is better than the ACA (Obamacare)? That would make me laugh, but it’s so sadistic. Throwing millions of people off their healthcare insurance is somehow going to help them. His lack of logic is overwhelming. The repugnicants plan is a “We Don’t Care” plan that is nonexistent.
When you don’t need healthcare insurance you don’t see the need. Those of us who have experienced major health issues know that it can devastate a family’s assets. Employers should not be in the health insurance business. It tends to be contrary to having good coverage for those in sudden desperate need.

Now, that one requires a belly laugh. But Trump wants to siphon off the moolah to his Buds with a grifter fee coming straight to him.

Close enough. All the Republicans that voted against the bill are quick to try to take credit for all the projects in their states that it will fund.
