Twice in the past three months I have made a purchase that while not a failed purchase, turned out to be unnecessary. A few months ago I “lost” my phone charger. I looked everywhere, or so I thought. I buy a new one, go to plug it in, and there is my old charger plugged into the receptacle behind my desk. Then just yesterday my wife’s car would not start. She works from home and rarely drives. We looked everywhere for jumper cables, or so I thought. I go to the auto store and buy new ones, the good kind, for $40.00. After getting her car going I lift the rear panel of her SUV, and yep, there are the old cables sitting there, ready to go. Decided to keep the ones I just bought, one for my car, one for hers.

Get replacement covers made of fabric! I got velour covers off Amazon and they are very comfortable and never shred
