He had a problem with the phrase, “Punch down the dough”..

The doughboy, a veteran of World War I, was a member of the famous Royal Pillsbury Regiment most noted for their brave stand at Pop-n-Fresh Hill.

haven’t seen the ‘Doughboy’ in decades.

I’m sure he plenty moldy by now

So he got baked. It happens all the time.

Looks like she punched him for a down and out! But I hear he rose to the occasion after the heat came on.

Poppin’ Fresh popped.

Things got over heated.

He just got old and bloated.

Not enough yeast was the problem…

I’ve seen a lot of silly jokes about that character, but this one takes the biscuit.

He fell out of the oven before he was done. Oh, the bakery of it all!

Regardless, looks like he’s toast now.

Looks like she hit the pop-in fresh dough can too hard when she tried to open it.
