To the creator of The Born Loser. Chip Sansom, I have read many of your comics the Born Loser over the course of 30 years and I have read your strip from the Daily Herald Newspaper back in the day when I was a kid in the 1990s.

My question for you Chip Sansom, Are you going to announce your retirement? Are you planning on passing your comic strip to a third artist? Is there still a fanbase for The Born Loser? Is the comic strip going to continue for the next 10 to 20 years?

If the Born Loser comic strip will at some point in time end its run, Will there be reruns like in Peanuts? Please let me know Chip Sansom if you’re planning on passing your comic strip to a third artist.

Times have changed since I was a kid…. Five bucks is a lot these days for a tooth. I think the most I ever got was like 35 cents.

Today it’s a credit transfer… Who has loose cash any more ?

There will come a time when you’ll have to fork out a lot more to have teeth pulled, so save your money.

These days it would seem appropriate to get a bitcoin.

My granddaughters get $5 per tooth and use it to buy the doll of the month. Me to the 6 year old: Lark what are you going to do for money when you run out of teeth? Lark (very seriously): I’m not sure. Probably get a job.

I believe Uncle Sam has unlimited cash shell out.

Hmph! I had to have a tooth extracted a couple of weeks ago and didn’t get so much as a penny! Where’s the justice?!
