Look at Biden’s role in the 1994 federal crime bill for which he has been blamed for being too tough on crime. And research before you put out falsehoods.

Hilarious, Varvel has no clue that there were lockdowns for the last 14 months even though he ranted against them! How selective!

“Joe Biden wants to put 50,000 more cops on the street and add 1,000 more FBI agents to address the rise in crime and threats of terrorism.” —Joe Biden’s 2008 presidential campaign website

Varvel depends on convenient conservative amnesia. It works with the foam-at-the-mouth facts-be-damned crowd.

Gary you voted for Failure Personified twice….maybe more….voter fraud in IN is a real thing among Rs….shouldn’t you be cheering on failure? Its what you did from 2017-2020 with a particular emphasis on 1/6/21.

We really need to understand crime in a historical context. Violent crime peaked in the early 1990s and has generally followed a downward trajectory since:

You do realize that the pent up demand for consumer goods is a result of the pandemic. This is the seedier side of that demand with the added bonus of these criminals being stuck alone for more than a year.

The violence started in 2020 thanks to big lie Trump’s mishandling of the covid virus and the republican’s gun fetish insures that every murderous crazy person can get a gun.

Violent crime rates have been going down since the 90s. If there is a slight blip back upwards in the last few months, it is a result of Covid and the stress that it put on people and systems. You can’t blame Biden for that.

    Speaking of violent crime:

at his rallies, Trump told his followers to beat up anyone who protested what he was saying

after one of his followers drove his car into a crowd of peaceful protesters and killed a women, Trump said that there were "good people on both sides

Trump repeatedly refused to say that violence committed in his “honor” was bad

Trump and his minions incited an insurrection and violent invasion of the Capitol bldg. to stop the Congress from doing their lawful job

Trump repeatedly used the DOJ to attack his political enemies

The biggest drop in crime was during 1990’s, when the crime bill for which we all love to criticize then Senator Biden went into effect.

If every thing wasn’t so expensive and billionaires would pay their workers a fair wage, there might not be so much violence. It’s called fascism and the corporations in control love it.

And to think, the nerve of some of these governors and state legislatures have the audacity to nullify the audacious executive orders on gun control! Where does it say they have the right to do that; the Tenth Amendment?
