This was the “one” vice that my late wife had and unfortunately it was a cause of weight gain (covid 15) and it didn’t help her health.

I realized I wasn’t much of a chip eater when I pulled a few out of the bag and they were stale. Put them out for the critters. Pulled the spare bag out and it was over 16 months past the freshness date – also stale.

Hey, fellow pluggers – this is off topic, but does anyone remember celebrating May Day BEFORE the Soviets ruined it? Dancing around the Maypole and stuff like that?

You’re a plugger if you gorge over the toilet so that you can easily purge afterwards.

I have to be on a low-sodium diet. It’s not too difficult to avoid the obvious things like chips and popcorn, but EVERYTHING in the world seems to be full of sodium! And my store seems to always be out of things like no-sodium popcorn, low-sodium soup, etc. Alas, I just do my best. (But i am not a plugger when it comes to eating a bag of chips as big as today’s – didn’t do that even when I was on a regular diet! Now cookies were a different story, lol.)

My mom heard someone say, “I like food, so I have it in the house. Ice cream is my lover, so I only meet it at the corner.” That’s the way my mom feels about ice cream as well. She won’t have it in the house, but when she goes out, she will have one scoop of it from BR or some place like that. There are a lot of things I could do that with. Just a small bag of my favorite chips instead of a family size bag, or a snack size bag of M&Ms instead of a family size bag, or a… Oh, who am I kidding. I will still get the big bags.
