The most amazing part about this comic strip is that Michael and Elizabeth did not know it was Mother’s Day.

My grandson mows my lawn for pay, but it’s worth it to see him behind the mower. Of course, I still have to do everything else.

What a let down, I thought they were doing all that without the usual complaining because it was Mother’s Day.

Sorry to burst a bubble with the comedy of this strip but the kids should not be thinking they’d be paid. The chores they are doing are everyday chores their mother does on a daily basis and she receives no pay at all. Thus, I say “Happy Mother’s Day” to all mother’s doing thankless jobs.

Strip had me think aw they do that for mom, until last frame.Happy Mama’s Day to all moms. For me yes I had a nice Mama’s Day, better then last year as we had pizza to go. We ate out today, except for adult kids, too costly for the adult kids, one no job the other pt job.
