Immediately after the insurrection, several “republicans” acknowledged the overwhelming hand Trump played in the fomenting of the attack on the American capitol, and many even called for the establishment of a “9/11” style investigation into the attack!
Now that they’ve had time to digest exactly what went down and who all was involved, we’re getting a whole lot of “Never minds” and “Let’s move on” type of comments.
In a couple of months, the average republican’s response to questions will be some variation of, “What Attack?”
The one thing above all others you are NOT ALLOWED to have in Trump’s party is a good memory!
The first time I heard Limbaugh, the lie was so obvious, that I thought it was satire and I laughed. I got the “look of death” from the fan who was also listening.
The future IS actually looking a little brighter to me, now. Assuming my crystal ball is neither dark nor cracked, this should split the GOP at least somewhat, and that cannot be anything but good.
They could use Trumpy the flame throwing elephant in Republican controlled Texas. Lot of voters will be turning BLUE before the next time they vote. . . . .

Does the GOP really think that is the light at the end of the tunnel?

Rush Limbaugh is going to miss out watching Trump’s demise now that he’s died. Wonder if Trump will attend the funeral.

That’s just backed up gas from his “gut”.

If the GOP wasn’t fireproof, it would have dissolved when Reagan was Pres.

There is nothing Grand left in the Old Party. Only trash.

That has to be Rush Limball at the receiving end of the fire. Either way, right now he must be really hot in his new home.

Just checked and Limbaugh died on Wednesday of lung cancer. The way he mouthed off about everything, I’m not surprised.
