Goldwater would have called this current group of Republicans what they really are and recoiled from their message of hate. He was one of the last gentleman in that party.

“Majorette Taylor Greene” Take away her drum and give her a baton and tasseled white boots, they seem to be willing to follow where ever she is going.

I am hoping that the C-Span cameras are on when she starts to foam at the mouth. Then they have to pull her off of McCarthy’s jugular as she screams that she was denied the GOP leadership because of the Jewish UFOs inside the chamber that only a true Qanon can see.

This type of cray always gets worse. MTG: the walking lunacy that keeps going and going and going and …

The Dems should tell her that she will have her own personal SWAT team accompany her in government buildings…for her security of course.

All republicans are lying psychopaths apparently.

Now they are all fractured by their own lies. Trump won, dems should be shot, destructive unAmerican lies that have no basis in reality.

The Trump faction fights with the anti Trump faction while the Greene faction fights with the McCain faction.

They are just a bunch of lying obstructive thieves who will do everything to stop the Biden recovery after 4 years of Republican Trump covid spreading horror inflicted upon this country like a scourge.

I’m tiring of maligning the elephant as representative of the GOP.From now on, I’m recommending the GOP be more up-to-date in representation: the party of covid. Let the virus molecule henceforth be ever-more their representative.

Trump rioter who begged judge to let her go on Mexican vacation hit with five more criminal charges

In a newly unsealed grand jury indictment, prosecutors charged MAGA rioter Jenny Cudd of Midland, Texas with corruptly obstructing an official proceeding of Congress; entering and remaining in a restricted building; committing disorderly or disruptive conduct in a restricted building; committing disorderly conduct in a Capitol building; and parading, demonstrating, or picketing in a Capitol building.

Cudd was first apprehended by authorities roughly one week after the January 6th riots at the United States Capitol building after she openly bragged in a Facebook video about breaking down House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s (D-CA) door during the insurrection.

“We did break down the, Nancy Pelosi’s office door and somebody stole her gavel and took picture sitting in the chair flipping off the camera, and that was on Fox News,” Cudd boasted in the video.

The republican party is obviously unfit to govern in any meaningful way – it seems to welcome conspiracy theorists and other crazies. You cannot govern effectively unless you are willing to face reality (reality is another name for “truth”), and since Trump racked up over 30,000 lies and distortions in his four years in office, I think it’s fair to surmise that Trumpians cannot guide the party in any meaningful way.

Grand jury indictments reveal the Feds are throwing the book at Trump’s Capitol rioters

“As the indictments come back, it appears as though felony charges are going to be the norm for many defendants. Their online bragging, disclosures during FBI interviews and searches of their property after their arrests are giving prosecutors what they need to secure felony indictments,” said HuffPo’s Ryan J. Reilly, who has been following the developments closely and posting photos of insurrectionists on Twitter.

Legal expert Marcy Wheeler noted that in one specific indictment documents, the request for detention from the Justice Department, Proud Boys’ Ethan Nordean, Nicholas DeCarlo and Nicholas Ochs are accused of “crimes that can merit a terrorist enhancement.”

Washington remained above the fray; he wanted to be a president of all the American citizens. The most important reason was he believed unity, not division, was necessary for a democratic republic to survive. Washington believed that political parties would divide and destroy the young United States. His thought, in what became known as the Farewell Address in 1796, is clear: “the spirit of party”“…….serves always to distract the public councils and enfeeble the public administration. It agitates the community with ill-founded jealousies and false alarms, kindles the animosity of one part against another, foments occasionally riot and insurrection.”Throughout his political life, and until his death in 1799, George Washington was confident that the country could and should function without the existence of political parties.

. . .I copied this from a book some years ago. Forgot the title, sorry.

Its so funny, republicans say you can’t impeach Trump because he isn’t president.

Delusional hate monger Trump is saying that he is still president.
