    Giving up bread and other carbs helped me lose enough weight to fit clothing the same size as I wore in high school. A combination of Mediterranean, keto and paleo diets have been great for me.

    bottom line is less calories than you need. Then you will loose weight. The hard part is finding a diet you can stick with…forever.
