republicans do not "love the Constitution, or any restrictions on what they see as their “Right to Rule”.

The constitution allows the elected representatives of the people to question the results of the Electoral College. Very unfortunately, they are representing the insane and regressive faction as well as those who are better aligned w/ reality. As for me, I’m more interested in the Georgia election right now.

This generation of Trump-est Republicans is the reason I won’t vote for a Republican candidate until their corruption is completely removed.

Is there a toilet paper shortage in the G.O.P. Senate outhouse again ? I thought they all agreed to a budget already.

Trump’s personal beliefs that lying and deception is OK, has been adopted by way too many politicians and everyday people alike, what a shame. This idea will only degrade our moral fiber, especially our children.

They treat the constitution like the treat the Bible, taking the bits they like (and that means the bits that make them richer and more powerful) and ignoring the rest.

The Constitution was fine as long as only white Christian males were in power. It’s when those danged minorities and women and non-Christians insisted it covered them also that the Republicans began tearing it up.

And that constitutional expert (but only when democrats are in charge) Cruz is leading the charge.. amazing.

The Republicans blew their opportunity back during the first two years of the Trump administration, when they had control of both chambers of Congress as well as the White House… they may have blown it so badly that they will suffer for many elections to come.

Now hopefully the Democrats won’t fall down the same hole… but at least they are not starting out by attacking and purposely insulting roughly half of the electorate…

Vicious lying anti-American Republicans hate our Constitution. Their constituents violated our capitol and the House Chamber. I suppose they wanted Pelosi’s head.

 Donald Trump Jr., the President’s son, said that his supporters who mobbed the Capitol were “wrong and not who we are.”
