90% of everything is crap. It is up to the consumer to find his/hers/their 10%. And then the provider will drop it or it will move to a $100.00 a month streaming service.
Long ago I got rid of cable, as I was paying >$100/month and was watching only three of four channels. Most were intended for very narrow interest niches. Got rid of my now useless but perfectly functional tube TV soon after. In the alley. Got picked up rather soon.

Random thoughts:
Latest conundrum regarding God: Is He powerful enough to make the cable guy show up on time?
The problem, God, is that by the time you’re finished flipping through 47 million channels, the good programs you might have found are already over.
God, shouldn’t your cable TV system be completely “On Demand”?
“Dear Jimmy,
No matter what your father says, I am not responsible for those ‘God-awful’ TV programs.
Love, God”

If he’s supposed to be watching everyone, then it’s more like 7 billion channels.
