The universe owes you? Unfortunately, the universe barely knows we exist.

Today I can’t make heads or tails of Frazz. It’s like seeing the latest of a meme that ran for a while but I didn’t know of.

Isn’t every day a time you bail or don’t bail on your own resolutions? Until you run out of them, anyway.

I wouldn’t mind if the baritone got a win or two under the belt.

To believe an arbitrary time construct will help maintain a goal explains why some feel the universe owes them one.

Kids make New Year’s Resolutions?

He needs to read Stephen Crane’s ‘A man said to the universe’.

Plácido Domingo is today’s prevailing tenor but he’ll probably be little less scared and a little more safe once he gets vaccinated.

Quit smoking exactly 20 years ago on January 1st. I was a jerk for about a month, my wife didn’t leave me… I owe her one!

What happens when the prevailing tenor is replaced by a bass-baritone? Or in this season, perhaps, by a mezzo-soprano?

Will it soon be time for Chinese people to make New year’s resolutions? (If anyone Chinese is reading this, gung hey fat choy in advance!)

I love that Mallett is so respectful of kids and what goes on…. or not… in their heads.

This would be where someone like Mrs. Olsen would point out that all of those things that Caulfield can control in himself to provide back to the universe rather than asking the universe to provide it to him.

Frazz16 hrs · Caulfield can’t be alone in figuring the past year owes him more resolutions than he owes the coming year. I know I feel that way. Not that it matters. I’ve always been better at making new trouble than settling old accounts. I don’t know if all is forgiven, but I’m up for a fresh start.Bring it, 2021. Bring it and let’s wing it.
