Last year he crashed in February so it’s an improvement
March forth!
1% improvement per week is easier to do.
Beware the Ides.
I always crash by March so I can sit by the side of the road and watch everyone else go by. It’s so restful for the ‘rest’ of the year!
March??? You got something against the second week of January?
Good to have a plan
The experts at the gym say it’s usually mid-February when that happens. They lose money for the first six weeks, then rake it in the rest of the year with continued dues that go unused.
Realistic expectations; not Great Expectations but realistic…..
I got to the Y regularly. It is always full in January and back to normal by early February.
Happy New Years to all and may all of us have a better New year than the last! ;^)
